I liked the original girl. She was unique. Real.
This picture is a Photoshop Phantasy. No more real than a Barbie doll. And just as easy to sell. A commodity. She is made of interchangeable parts and easily replaced.
I'd rather see a real person - blemishes, scars and all. We earn our scars. Our blemishes mean something. Someone without scars and blemishes hasn't lived very much and I find them boring. They are just as fictitious as this photo and as soft and tasteless as veal.
The real girl wasn't perfect - that made her interesting.
In the spirit of plasticity you could remove the small lines around your eyes, mouth, and on the bridge of your nose.
